Tuesday Night Club is my idea of self-defense. I don't want to take exceptional athletes and turn them into champions, my goal is to help "normal" people who want to develop functional street self-defense skills. You will be taught all aspects of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) sport competition, not to enter the cage, but to defeat a rogue mixed martial artist. We will provide you with the physical tools, strategies, and mental awareness you need to win a real street altercation against a highly skilled martial artist! These classes are very intense by their very nature. You will be trained in a realistic and complete manner. You will not be doing just MMA sparring but sparring in a very real manner, using all "foul tactics and techniques and with no referees or rules! This class is truly amazing and liberating!
